Balance a thought revisited

Someone quips what on earth is that painting about Jo.
I say, its like life. It sometimes just feels like your trying to balance a cherry on a sauce bottle. In the end I gave up trying to explain it. 
It reminded me of the scene in Notting Hill where Hugh Grant and Anna Scott are discussing 'la Mariee' by Chagall. 
She says of the painting 'it feels how feeling in love should feel'. His response " a floating goat playing a violin" . Her response " Yes happiness wouldn't be happiness without a guitar playing goat".  One persons happiness is another persons goat.

So there for me 'life' sometimes like a cherry on a sauce bottle

So where does life disappear to?
It, really, really is  time to get back to, play time at the easel……
I can't say how much I have missed it. It will surely be a slow but joyous pleasure!
